Desirable Skills,
Future-Ready Workforce
We’re recruiting members of the community to learn new skills and do the work of installing solar, planting trees and cleaning up polluted land. And since nearly every community will be pursuing these same goals of boosting resilience to climate change and advancing public health – we are giving residents of Pacoima and Sun Valley opportunities to build skills and careers that will be valued into the future.
Develop skills that are in demand.

Los Angeles Business Council will be installing solar on qualified multi-family residential properties in the area through its Feed-in Tariff (FiT) program. Feed-in Tariff is a fancy way of saying: put solar panels on your roof, feed that clean energy into the grid – and get paid for it.
